Terms and Conditions

• Competitions, reckless maneuvers, aggressive posturing and exhibitionism of any kind are strictly prohibited.
• The user must abide by all the rules of the civil code especially the rules of the road, rules that they claim to be familiar with.
• The use of the bicycle presupposes the physical fitness of the person who wishes to ride it; the user, at the time of rental, acknowledges that he or she has adequate ability and appropriate competence, without reservation.
• Any damage resulting from the circulation and use of the rented vehicle is the responsibility of the user.
• Any injury procured by the circulation and use of the rented vehicle is the sole responsibility of the user.
• The custody and efficiency of the rented vehicle is the responsibility of the user.
• In case of sudden breakdown nothing can be claimed against the renter; it remains the user’s responsibility to check that the vehicle is in order, in every function, at the time of its delivery.
• In case of theft or irreparable damage, the vehicle shall be compensated in the amount of 200.00 euros.
• In case of partial, repairable damage this shall be indemnified by the user in an amount to be specified by the charterer, in case of dispute, by an authorized and trusted repairer of the charterer.

• The hirer must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid ID.
• The vehicle must be driven exclusively by the renter, as he alone will be liable for all traffic violations, civil and criminal.
• The vehicle must be returned on the day specified in the contract; failure to return it will be considered embezzlement (Art. 646 P.C.).
• The driver is obliged to proceed with the oblation of any contravention incurred during the lease and to reimburse the lessor for any expenses incurred by the latter, whether administrative, legal and postal expenses (amounting to Eur 20.00 + VAT per contravention); to this end, he authorizes the lessor, in the event of the posthumous arrival of any contravention, to withhold the necessary sums by withdrawing the amount from the credit card.
• The rental price excludes: fuel, parking, fines, towing in case of an accident or by the authorities, and damage caused to the vehicle.
• In case of damage to third parties (persons and property), the insurance covers up to 3 million euros (with a deductible of € 260.00 + VAT).
• The renter is required to check the general condition of the vehicle before pickup.
• The vehicle must be returned to the same place where it was picked up.
• The renter declares that he/she is capable of driving the vehicle and is familiar with the rules of the Italian Highway Code.
• The vehicle is equipped with an anti-theft lock and chain with padlock. In case of theft, the renter will be liable for a deductible equal to the amount of the deposit left in escrow.
