Info Tour

This Tour cannot be booked online, contact us to book it

On this tour you will be able to take a journey to Ancient Rome by visiting the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and the Palatine Hill. The 2/3 hour guided tour will start from Via Cavour, then descend towards Colle Oppio from where you can admire a magnificent view of the Eternal City. We will head towards the Colosseum, where you can enter without unnecessary waiting thanks to the priority ticket. You will be fascinated by the majesty of this monument even before entering and you will be catapulted into a world that is now distant but still so fascinating today. The guide’s stories will bring back to life the bloody stories of gladiators, the spectacular naval battles, but also public executions. After a brief stop at the Arch of Constantine we will continue towards the Palatine Hill with a splendid view of the Roman Forum and the Circus of Nero, once the scene of chariot races. We will walk along the Via Sacra, once the main artery that led to the Roman Forum and where numerous celebrations and processions were hosted. Our tour will conclude with a visit to the Temple of Caesar where the remains of the famous emperor are kept.
